Our apparel is often sold on a pre-order basis for a set window of time. Once the window closes, we produce only the quantity ordered to ensure exclusivity and reduce waste. Production typically takes 4-6 weeks after the window ends.

What is your return policy on limited run items?

Due to the custom nature of our limited production cycles, we only accept returns for items that are defective or damaged upon arrival. Please contact our support team within 14 days of delivery to initiate a claim.

How should I care for my screen-printed apparel?

To preserve the quality of the print and fabric, we recommend washing your garments inside out in cold water and hanging them to dry. Avoid ironing directly on the printed graphics.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes, we ship our exclusive fashion lines worldwide. Shipping costs and delivery times vary by destination, and please note that international customers are responsible for any applicable customs fees or import taxes.

How can I ensure I get the right size?

Each product page includes a detailed sizing chart with measurements in inches and centimeters. We recommend comparing these measurements against a garment you already own to ensure a perfect fit before ordering.

Can I modify my order after the pre-order window has closed?

Once the pre-order window closes and the items move into production, we are unable to change sizes or item quantities. Please double-check your cart and address information before completing your purchase.
